Spent magical Xmas here! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was generally pleasant. I had a great time in the wellness facilities which were nice - the sauna is just right, not too hot. The staff are helpful and friendly too. Nothing beats the location, it's set in a wooded area, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made the stay even more relaxing.

The interior is a bit outdated. Minor inconvenience was the absence of lobby seating where one could relax without the feeling that it's mealtime.

Nestled in the midst of a wooded area, this hotel offers a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. The service is exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre provides a variety of treatments that are sure to rejuvenate anyone's senses. The sauna, Jacuzzi and massage treatments are all remarkable. The spa lounge is cozy and inviting and the steam room and Turkish bath round out the spa centre perfectly. There's also a sun terrace and garden area where one can relax and take in the serene surroundings. The room advantages are undeniable and cannot be anything short of spectacular, with private facilities that are exclusive to each room.

There was only one minor issue that we experienced during our stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not functioning properly during the extremely hot summer days which made the room slightly warm at night, even with the windows open.

Spent Christmas here and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful forest and near to historic towns to explore. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The spa was a great treat, offering a relaxing escape from the winter weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room was a bit too warm at night, even with the window open. , the bar area allowed smoking, which was not pleasant for non-smokers.
